Access is valid until the subscription expiry date set by our system.
Upon expiry, access to restricted content will automatically be removed unless renewal is made.

4. Payment Terms
AccountSoft Academy accepts offline payments such as bank transfer, cash, or invoice settlement.
Subscriptions are non-transferable.
Fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- Duplicate payment occurred
- A technical error caused non-delivery of service
All pricing and fees are subject to change with notice.
5. Permitted Use
Your subscription permits:

- Internal company training using your own login
You may not:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell training materials
- Display videos publicly or use them for external training services
- Remove or bypass any digital rights protection, access control, or watermarking
Violation may result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Termination of access
- Legal action where appropriate
6. Video Security & Intellectual Property
All training videos, documents, graphics, workflows, and content on the Platform are:
- The intellectual property of AccountSoft Enterprise Sdn Bhd
- Protected by copyright and digital rights technologies
You acknowledge that:
- Videos are encrypted and streamed for viewing only
- Downloading or attempting to download videos is strictly prohibited
- Watermarks may be applied for security and anti-piracy control
7. System Availability
We strive to maintain stable service availability, but:
Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues
We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, hosting provider problems, or user-side technical issues
We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Your internet connection quality
- Proper use of your account
- Ensuring your device meets minimum playback requirements
We are not responsible for:
- Lag caused by local internet connection
- Issues caused by outdated devices or browsers
9. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate any terms

- Fraudulent access is identified
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violation.
10. Limitation of Liability
AccountSoft Academy is not liable for:
- Business losses resulting from improper use of training knowledge
- Mistakes arising from user misinterpretation of training materials
- Loss of access due to expired subscription or account misuse
Our training is provided on an “as-is” educational basis.

Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
